Tasting Notes

Aged for 22 months in French oak and 24 months in bottle, the fourth vintage of Trinity Rouge utilizes traditional Southern red Rhône varieties growing on our Estate. Dark red center with a purple hue, the aromas carry deep notes of dried black fig, plum, smoky bacon, and hibiscus tea notes. Explosive flavors of smoked raspberry preserves, cedar, cherry and a touch of white pepper cascade to a vibrant finish with a full mouthfeel of dusty tannins.
