Fatted Calf

We are fortunate to have many local businesses that support our hospitality industry and farm-to-table way of life here in the Napa Valley. I always advocate shopping local and one of the first places I call for charcuterie is Fatted Calf. Located in the Napa Oxbow Public Market, they’re a husband and wife owned butcher shop and gourmet grocery specializing in house-made sausage and salumi. They source meats and produce from small farmers and the quality of their products is superb!

Pretty much every community has small purveyors of local goods, so why not take the time to seek out those businesses and support your neighbors.
