This fabulous Port Style wine is made by my Winemaker, Jeff Fontanella and is from his family winery. I suggest sipping it while you enjoy your fondue adventure. If you feel so inclined, add a little to the chocolate when you melt it.
Our fortified solera Zinfandel, made in the Port style, is rich, elegant, silky and full-bodied. This delicious dessert wine is a perfect complement to dark chocolates, rich cheeses or a roaring fire. Ripe with rich blackberry and caramelized cherry notes this port offers the richness of fortified wine but the smoothness of a premium Napa Zinfandel.
